23 FEB 1900: James Outhier and R. Gates have rented the home belonging to the Outhier estate to David Monroe and the State Line farm to Ed and Joe Vanfossen.

20 APR 1900: NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT
Notice is hereby given: that the undersigned, Joseph M. Lamar, Administrator of the Estate of Louis Outhier, deceased, will make Final Settlement of his accounts with said estate as such Administrator at the next Term of the Probate Court of Nodaway County, Missouri to be holden at Maryville in said county on the 14th day of May AD 1900.
