Leavenworth, Ind. - Robert R. Gordon, 82, died at 3:40 July 13 in the Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, Ind. He was a native of Hamburg and a retired employee of the Armory in Bloomington, Ill. Surviving are his widow, the former Myrtle Grant, Leavenworth; a son, Walter Gordon of Leavenworth; a step-son, Russell Coleman, Normal , Ill; and one sister. Funeral services were held July 16 with burial in Fredonia Cemetery in Leavenworth.

Robert married Amy Belle LANDRETH, daughter of Unknown and Mary Carolyn LARGE, in Feb 1915 in Page County, Iowa.⁷⁸⁷ (Amy Belle LANDRETH was born 17 Apr 1895 in Iowa ^2,787,789 and died in Jan 1979 ².)
